Activate Raynet–Outlook synchronization

Five short steps. We will get in touch once everything is set up.

Company

The details that go on the invoice.

Enter your Company ID and we'll fill in the name and address automatically.

Two-letter code, e.g. CZ or SK.

Contact person

Who we talk to about the synchronization.

Who to address on invoices and in correspondence.

Czech and Slovak numbers may be entered without the country code.

We'll send your login credentials to this address — it also serves as your username.

Raynet

Pick an account that will stay.

The API key belongs to the Raynet user it was created under. If that user is deleted, the key dies with it, the synchronization stops and a new key has to be issued. Use an account nobody will remove — ideally a service or administrator account rather than a personal one.

Your login email for Raynet CRM.

Your Raynet subdomain — e.g. mycompany in https://app.raynet.cz/mycompany/

Find it in Raynet → Settings → API keys.

Microsoft 365

Directory (tenant) ID from Azure Active Directory.

Application ID registered in Azure AD (Enterprise applications).

Client secret value generated in Azure AD.

Sync settings

Which parts of an event travel, and which way

The date, time and title always sync in both directions. These two switches cover the parts you may want to keep on one side only: bidirectional means a change on either side reaches the other, the arrow options let only that direction write, and not synchronized leaves the field untouched on both sides.

The list of people invited to the meeting. Bidirectional keeps both calendars' invitee lists the same.

The note or body of the event — the text under the subject. Keep it on one side only if it holds internal remarks.

Activity types

Email addresses of M365 users whose calendars to sync with Raynet.

Portal access

After approval you will be able to log in and manage your email list.
